Hi, I’m Katlyn Wilson! I’m so excited to begin this new journey in real estate and help families in the community I love find a place to call home.
For the past 10 years, I’ve been a teacher, and that experience has shaped so much of who I am. Teaching has given me a heart for serving others, staying organized, communicating clearly, and truly listening to what people need. One of my favorite parts of teaching has always been building relationships with families, hearing their stories, and being someone they can trust—and that’s exactly how I want to approach real estate.
Homes and design have always been a passion of mine. I’ve always loved imagining the possibilities in a space, creating beautiful yet functional homes, and helping others see the potential in a property.
My husband, Kohlten, and I are raising our two children, Sutton and Stratton, here in the small-town community we love. Between family life, time outdoors, and farm life, I understand how important it is to find a home that truly fits your family’s lifestyle and season of life.
